Straps Reliability Testing — ✅ PASSED
The lab fixed the product as it normal use, center a 6 by 6 in. (150 by 150 mm) wood block on the changing surface and gradually apply a 100 lb (45.4 kg) weight onto the wood block within a period of 5 s. Maintain the weight for an additional period of 60 s. After test, there shall be no breakage of the unit. The attachment of the strap shall not break. The fastener shall not break or disengage.
-
Fastener Strength Testing — ✅ PASSED
The lab attached clamps on either side of the fastener. Clamps shall not contact the fastener when a 1.0 lbf (4.4 N) tensile pre-load is applied. Gradually apply a uniaxial tensile force of 80 lb (352 N) over 5 s to the straps or soft goods on either side of the fastener. The force should be applied in substantially the same direction as loads applied during use. Hold for 1 min. After test, the fastener shall not break or disengage, and adjustable elements in straps shall not slip, in a manner that loosens the strap, more than 1 in. (2.5 cm).
All applicable independent safety tests were conducted by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) accredited testing lab Intertek Testing Services (Tianjin) Ltd. — Lab ID 1063
